Assets of the new Government members: From a gifted hunting rifle to real estate, inherited land and loans exceeding €80,000
Unlike Vučurović, Jojić and Borovinić Bojović, Zečević did not authorize access to his bank and other financial institution accounts
The newly appointed members of the Government of Montenegro have disclosed a wide range of income, assets and financial liabilities in their asset declarations - from a 50-year-old hunting rifle received as a gift and numerous inherited plots of land, to multiple residential properties and loans with outstanding balances exceeding €80,000.
Montenegro's Parliament appointed, with the votes of the ruling majority on July 23, Jovan Jole Vučurović as Minister without Portfolio, Radoš Zečević as Minister of Transport, and Zoran Jojić as Minister of Sports and Youth. Jelena Borovinić Bojović, previously President of the Assembly of the Capital City, was appointed Deputy Prime Minister for Health and Social Welfare.
According to data published by the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (APC), Zečević, unlike Vučurović, Jojić and Borovinić Bojović, did not authorize the Agency to access his bank accounts or accounts held with other financial institutions.
The Vučurović family earned tens of thousands of euros
As a member of parliament representing the New Serbian Democracy (NSD), Minister without Portfolio Jovan Vučurović received a monthly salary ranging between €1,745 and €2,200 last year, earning a total of €23,754.
In his asset declaration, he reported receiving as a gift a 1975 OZ-34ER 12GA x 2¾ hunting shotgun.
Members of his family also declared income. His daughter, Lena Vučurović, earned €7,129 during the year while working in the Planning, Analysis and Statistics Department of Airports of Montenegro.
His wife, Biljana Vučurović, earned €1,210 in January while serving as principal of the „Slobodan Škerović“ Gymnasium, and €1,218 in both February and March after returning to her position as a teacher at the school. As an adviser to the Speaker of Parliament, she earned a total of €16,826 during the year and received an additional €660 in per diem allowances for official travel.
Biljana Vučurović owns a 69-square-metre two-bedroom apartment, purchased in 2012, and a 13-square-metre garage, purchased in 2021. She also owns a 2015 Renault Mégane Scénic.
She is repaying two loans, originally worth €1,500 and €38,000, with an outstanding balance of €33,365.
Pastures and forest land
As Executive Director of Putevi, Minister of Transport Radoš Zečević received a monthly salary of €1,965 last year, earning €23,584, as well as a €450 winter allowance.
He owns a 36-square-metre holiday cottage, a 500-square-metre meadow, and 9,345 square metres of pasture, all acquired through inheritance.
He also owns a one-quarter share in a 29-square-metre house, 14,238 square metres of forest, and 10,366 square metres of pasture. In addition, he inherited a 12.5 per cent share in a 3,136-square-metre meadow and another 14,238 square metres of forest.
He owns a 2011 Ford Kuga and a 2007 Fiat Croma, while his wife Ivana Zečević drives a 2007 Volkswagen Golf Plus.
Ivana Zečević earned €21,186 last year and inherited €1,697. She is repaying a €12,000 loan, with €6,083 still outstanding.
Apartment, holiday home and meadows...
Last year, Zoran Jojić, then Director General of the Directorate for Sports at the Ministry of Sports and Youth, received a monthly salary of more than €1,200, earning €15,400 during 2025.
As Chair of the Commission for the Professional Examination in the Field of Sports, he earned an additional €3,032, while €720 was paid to him in child benefits.
Jojić owns a 53-square-metre apartment, a 75-square-metre holiday house, and a 164-square-metre meadow, all acquired through purchase.
He also owns two vehicles - a 1999 Renault and a 1997 Peugeot.
He is repaying two loans worth €17,000 and €68,000, with a combined outstanding balance of €81,823.
Borovinić Bojović has income from multiple sources, property and a housing loan...
As President of the Assembly of the Capital City, Jelena Borovinić Bojović received a monthly salary ranging from €1,770 to nearly €2,300, earning almost €27,000 during 2025.
She earned an additional €550 as Chair of the Commission for the Allocation of Current and Permanent Budget Reserve Funds, as well as €50 through the Union of Municipalities Assembly.
Borovinić Bojović is also employed at the Clinical Centre of Montenegro, where she earned €9,625 last year. She additionally received an annual honorarium of €2,750 from the private Natal Clinic.
Her husband, Dragan Bojović, as a member of parliament, received a salary ranging between €330 and €2,100 per month.
Through inheritance, he acquired a 20 per cent share in a 90-square-metre house, a 303-square-metre field, an 85-square-metre field, and a 500-square-metre yard.
Jelena Borovinić Bojović owns two pastures, an 85-square-metre house under construction, and a 68-square-metre apartment.
She drives a 2012 Renault Clio Caravan, while her husband uses a 2005 Renault Mégane Scénic. Both vehicles were purchased.
Borovinić Bojović also owns shares in the companies Port of Adria (1,050 shares), Luka Bar (1,050 shares), and Izbor Bar (696 shares). She is repaying a €65,000 housing loan, with an outstanding balance of €48,226.
