Police searching for the person who threatened Draško Đuranović

A prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office immediately after receiving the case ordered the Police Directorate to work on identifying the person who made threats against Draško Đuranović, editor-in-chief and chief editor of Television E, the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office told the ETV Portal.

The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office said that the case is currently in the preliminary investigation stage.

Đuranović received a frightening death threat in a comment posted on TV E’s YouTube channel.

The follower made the disturbing threat while commenting on Đuranović’s editorial.

A user account named „Slavisa Gasic“ wrote: “Well, Draško… just wait until you are executed… just keep talking ****“.

Đuranović filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office against an unidentified person, the user of the YouTube account „Slavisa Gasic“, for endangering his safety.

In the complaint, he stated that the message was directed at him personally, as it was posted in the comments section of a clip from TV E’s news programme 24 sata, featuring his commentary in which he discusses matters of public interest.
