DPS: Camaj and Hadžić are useful idiots of the politics that led to the Srebrenica genocide
Let a lasting record remain, in these years of darkness for Montenegro, whose end is approaching, of who held which positions and who genuinely fought for a civic and European state, and who served the darkest policies of nationalism and supported convicted war criminals – the Democratic Party of Socialists said

The latest reactions by Deputy Parliament Speaker Nikola Camaj and Europe Now Movement MP Seid Hadžić have merely confirmed what has long been obvious - when faced with a choice between principles and a handful of positions of power, they choose power and unquestioning obedience to Andrija Mandić without hesitation - the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) said. The statement came after Camaj and Hadžić announced that they would not support the initiative to dismiss the current Parliament Speaker and leader of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD), after he expressed condolences following the death of war criminal Ratko Mladić.
The DPS emphasized that it had clearly stated that the initiative would be a test for every MP.
- A test that should show whether there is a line that one is nevertheless unwilling to cross for the sake of positions and privileges. Camaj and Hadžić have already given their answer. Their nervous statements, consisting of insults, fabrications and lies - issued even as days of mourning have been declared in Montenegro - have shown the true face of shameless liars, manipulators and people who are the perfect embodiment of the current government and everything Montenegro has been going through for the past six years. Hungry, insatiable and insecure apparatchiks, who are prepared to sell their personal and family dignity for crumbs from the table, are the ideal useful idiots of Andrija Mandić for achieving the same goal by other means. And the paths of that kind of politics, which Hadžić and Camaj serve, led to the genocide in Srebrenica - the DPS said.
They added, however, that it was good that Camaj and Hadžić „have not even the most basic sense of personal dignity and, as they put it, publicly take pride in their shamelessness“.
- Let a lasting record remain, in these years of darkness for Montenegro, whose end is approaching, of who held which positions and who genuinely fought for a civic and European state, and who served the darkest policies of nationalism and supported convicted war criminals - the DPS concluded.
