Laković and Janović will not attend the meeting with Spajić

Independent Members of Parliament Miodrag Laković and Nikola Janović will not attend today’s meeting that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić had planned to hold with the opposition, Portal ETV has learned.
As Portal ETV previously reported, the opposition refuses to attend a meeting with the Prime Minister following the adoption of unconstitutional and anti-European laws on internal affairs and the National Security Agency, stating that they do not want to legitimize such actions.
Laković was until recently an MP of Spajić’s Europe Now Movement (PES), and he resigned as chairman of the Committee on Security and Defense, as well as from all positions within the Europe Now Movement on March 6 – precisely after Parliament adopted amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs and the Law on the National Security Agency.
Yesterday, Spajić held a meeting at the Government building with representatives of the parliamentary majority. The key topic was support for laws within Montenegro’s European Union accession process.
