Government reshuffle proposal submitted to Parliament: Borovinić-Bojović nominated as Deputy Prime Minister, Zečević, Jojić and Vučurović proposed as new ministers

A proposal to reshuffle Montenegro's 44th Government has been submitted to Parliament, providing for the appointment of four new members of the executive branch, ETV Portal has learned.

According to the proposal, Jelena Borovinić-Bojović has been nominated as Deputy Prime Minister for Health and Social Welfare, Radoš Zečević as Minister of Transport, Zoran Jojić as Minister of Sports and Youth and Jovan Vučurović as Minister without Portfolio.

The explanatory memorandum submitted to Parliament states that, pursuant to Article 176 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić has formally submitted a written proposal to change the composition of the Government during its term of office.

- In view of the above, and pursuant to Article 82, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Constitution of Montenegro, which stipulates that Parliament elects and dismisses the Prime Minister and members of the Government, I hereby submit to Parliament the proposal to appoint the above-mentioned members of the 44th Government - the explanatory memorandum states.
